Only persons aged 21 years or above may register and use the se999 platform. Age verification is mandatory. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one active se999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
All bonuses credited to se999 accounts are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering threshold has been met. se999 reserves the right to amend or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. se999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity, age, and source-of-funds verification procedures.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting systems, abuse of promotional offers, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on se999. Violations will result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
By accessing the se999 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the se999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or game-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If we are unable to verify that you are 21 years of age or older, your Account will be suspended until satisfactory verification documentation is provided. Any funds wagered by persons found to be under the age of 21 will be forfeited, and se999 reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities.
To access the full features of the se999 Platform, including placing wagers and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
You agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information during the Account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by se999. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any point during the life of your Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on se999 at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where se999 identifies multiple Accounts held by or on behalf of the same individual, se999 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, confiscate any balances including winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
se999 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and bank statements or JazzCash / EasyPaisa transaction records. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by se999 may result in suspension or closure of your Account.
se999 processes all personal data submitted during registration in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any device-specific authentication codes. You agree to:
se999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity carried out through your Account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have duly notified se999 of a suspected unauthorised access prior to such activity occurring.
The se999 Platform accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank Online Banking, and USDT (Tether). se999 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the se999 wallet section at the time of deposit. These minimum amounts may be adjusted by se999 from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly upon confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your se999 account balance. USDT deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation requirements.
All funds deposited into your se999 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. se999 reserves the right to return deposits to their source if the payment cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Deposits may not be made using funds derived from illegal activities.
se999 is committed to anti-money laundering compliance. Any deposits that trigger AML alerts will be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures, which may include temporary suspension of the Account and withdrawal capabilities pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to an alternative verified PKR-denominated account in the player's name.
Withdrawal requests may be processed only after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. se999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending receipt and verification of identity documentation, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds applicable thresholds or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the Account.
se999 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Payments section of the Platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — processing times may be affected by public holidays, banking hours, or exceptional operational circumstances.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. The current wagering requirement applicable to any active bonus will be displayed in the Promotions section of your Account dashboard.
se999 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the se999 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using Accounts in a coordinated manner to guarantee bonus profits, or placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. se999 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All bets and wagers placed on the se999 Platform are subject to these general Terms and to the game-specific rules applicable to each product category (cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, etc.). Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or game section on the Platform.
A bet is not valid or binding until it has been accepted and confirmed by the se999 system. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, se999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's Account. se999's decision on all matters relating to bet acceptance, void bets, and game outcomes shall be final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per game, per market, and per player account level, as displayed on the Platform. se999 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time. Players who consistently place bets at or near the maximum stake limit may have their stake limits individually adjusted by se999.
se999 shall not be liable for typographical errors, technical faults, or pricing errors in odds or game information displayed on the Platform. se999 reserves the right to correct such errors and, where a bet has been accepted at an erroneous price, to void that bet and return the stake to the player. In cases of manifest error — an error that a reasonable person would recognise as clearly incorrect — se999's decision to void or correct the bet shall be final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the se999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the se999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, brand names, text, data compilations, and user interface design — is the property of se999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes only.
This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the se999 Platform or its content without se999's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of se999's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, se999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude se999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. se999's total liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The se999 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
se999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. We recognise that online gaming can become problematic for some individuals, and we have integrated a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools into the Platform that are available to all registered players at all times.
All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your Account settings panel on the se999 Platform, without the need to contact support. Limits that reduce your spending take effect immediately upon setting. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Either party may close or suspend an Account, subject to the conditions set out below.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting se999 support via the live chat facility in your Account dashboard. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and provided that no pending withdrawal holds, bonus wagering requirements, or fraud investigations are outstanding.

In cases where your Account is closed by se999 for breach of these Terms, se999 reserves the right to retain any balance in your Account as compensation for losses, damages, or administrative costs incurred as a result of your breach.

If you are dissatisfied with se999's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable gaming license framework. Details of the escalation procedure are available from se999 support upon request.
se999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the se999 Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without specific notification.
The version of these Terms displayed on the se999 Platform at the time of your most recent use shall be the version applicable to any dispute arising from that use.
